The fischer FCC-B is a system for anchoring bridge caps regulated in the general design approval of the fischer concrete connector FCC.
In combination with the fischer injection mortars FIS EM Plus or FIS SB caps and edge beams on bridges are anchored permanently and securely. The sealing washer supplied is bonded to the drilled borehole with the fischer injection mortar to guarantee that the superstructure is sealed in accordance with the approval. The bond between the bridge superstructure and the cap concrete in the existing structure is calculated according to anchor theory. In new construction, on the other hand, a DIN-standardized nut or a special washer (head plate) is used for head bolt anchorage. A design tool and the fischer Pro App are available for the design of the anchorage as well as the site documentation.
